Affordable Trophies has been marketing online since 1995. Back when we first started selling our trophies online, most customers preferred to pay by check or money order. But times have totally changed since then - now most people placing an order online expect to be able to pay online. We are meeting this expectation through PayPal. PayPal is a huge credit card processing service, with over 200 million customers. We have made arrangements with PayPal to allow us to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discovery through their service. Affordable Trophies never has access to the customer's credit information when payment is made through PayPal. All transactions are secure. If you prefer to pay via check, PayPal will allow you to issue an electronic check. We must wait for electronic checks to clear before we can start building corresponding orders, but that typically only adds a few days to the expected turnaround time. Please be sure that the shipping address on your invoice is where you want your order shipped! We use that address to ship your order, and if you enter a different one in PayPal, our shipping process will NOT pick up the PayPal address. We only use the shipping address on your invoice. Special note regarding government or corporate credit cards: If you are using a government or corporate credit card, please check to make sure that it is authorized to issue payments through PayPal and that you have permission to issue such charges using that card. When you issue your payment, you are accepting responsibility for any charges that may arise if the charge is not valid for any reason. Any returns due to a customer using a card for which they did not have permission to use for PayPal is subject to our standard restocking fee; some charges, such as engraving and shipping, are not refundable (see our Return Policy for details).
