Affordable Trophies is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, and meets their

Ordering: Once an order is placed and payment is issued, work can begin on it at any time.
Therefore any changes or additions can only be made by submitting another order. Any new order
charges will apply. We import engraving information from customer orders; in the rare event that
an engraving mistake is made, Affordable Trophies will replace the engraved plate at no charge.
Though we typically ship within days of receiving an order, no guarantee is made that an order
will be received by any particular date. Affordable Trophies is not responsible for shipping
delays caused by weather or carrier issues.
What payment options are available: We accept credit/debit card payments and electronic checks issued through
PayPal. See our Credit Card Payment page for more information.
Product Information: We have a web page describing each of our products in detail. The size of
each product is disclosed. Trophy figures and cups are made of plastic unless stated otherwise. Statuettes
are made of resin unless stated otherwise. It is the customer's responsibility to request any further
information that may be desired. We make every attempt to provide the highest quality of awards for
the best price possible.
Detail Plate Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct type of
detail plate is ordered. We offer several different styles; look up your previous order if you are not
sure which style you need to order to match your other plates. All engraving will be centered. The same
engraving font will be used as in customer's previous order. It is the customer's responsibility to
ensure that the information is engraved in the same order as previous plates - for example, if the original
order had engraved detail plates featuring year first, then owner's name, then team name, and a
subsequent order is placed requesting year, team name, then owner's name, we will engrave it in the
manner requested. Do not expect us to correct; specify it the way you want it engraved. On the topic
of corrections, we will not correct spelling or capitalization; be sure you double-check before issuing
your order. The only way of correcting such a mistake is to order another plate.

Be sure to have your Order Number handy; if you do not have your Order Number, please
email us and we'll be happy to assist.
Shipping Terms - Awards: To maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction, we ship award orders
within the United States only, via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or
APO addresses. We ship to the address specified at checkout time. Customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address
is correct before issuing payment, or additional charges can be incurred. Shipment is via Ground
unless specified otherwise. The shipping
charges for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska will be significantly higher than shipping to locations
within the continental United States due to UPS charges. All shipments are insured for the full
value of the contents. Due to incidents of fraud, we cannot use anyone
else's UPS account number, FedEx number, etc., to ship awards. UPS drivers may, at their
discretion, require a signature (almost always for deliveries
to businesses, apartments, trailer parks, or any other place that the driver feels that a package
cannot be left safely without personally handing to an individual at the address). Affordable
Trophies is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any items during or after shipping.

Shipping Terms - Detail Plates:
Orders for up to three detail plates will be shipped via USPS to save on shipping costs. Such
shipments are uninsured and have no tracking available. Customer assumes responsibility for
USPS shipments; Affordable Trophies cannot guarantee delivery. Be sure you have waited a sufficient
amount of time (at least two weeks after the item has been shipped), that the shipping address is
correct, that an order could not have been picked up by someone else at the address, and that
the order is not between other mailings before assuming an order was lost in the mail; by far, those are the
most likely causes of items "lost in the mail." Affordable Trophies is not responsible for items
lost or damaged in the mail, including extremely rare cases where an envelope is received but
plate(s) are not found in the envelope. Please contact your local USPS office to report
apparent crimes of theft of items sent in the mail.
Claims: All claims for damages or discrepancies must be reported within 2 days
of receipt of shipment. All items are inspected by Affordable Trophies before shipping to ensure
that items are in excellent condition upon turning them over to the carrier.
Affordable Trophies' liability ceases upon carrier's receipt of shipment
in good order. Customer should count and inspect each package upon delivery. If you receive a
damaged product from UPS, make the driver note the damage, and be sure to save all original packing
material. We do not expect customers to determine who is at fault for damage; all packages are
shipped with insurance, so UPS can and will process all claims for damage. All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged
products or any error on UPS' part must be filed with UPS by the customer (no exceptions). We can
provide assistance to help you expedite your claim with UPS.
The beer cans in our Beer Can Trophy are being made so thin these days that there is nothing
that can be done to assure that they will not arrive with dents. We include instructions
detailing how to replace the can should the customer desire to do so. If instructions are
not found or were thrown away, please contact us and we will be happy to send the
Return Policy: For items damaged in shipping, please see our Claims
policy above. Written permission must be obtained before attempting to return any merchandise.
The request for a return must be made within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
Shipping charges and engraving charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking charge. Merchandise must be received in the
same condition in which it was sent. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
